Keys to Literacy
Certified Faciltator Model
Our certified facilitator model allows a Licensed Certified Facilitator to provide professional development for specific Keys to Literacy programs through a blended training approach, combining in-person facilitation with an online course. This model not only cultivates the development of internal expertise and supports the growth of leadership, but also fosters a collaborative learning environment. Empowering educators within their own organizations creates a sustainable professional development solution that enhances teaching practices and student outcomes.
Welcome to Keys to Literacy’s Certified Facilitator Model
Licensed Certified Facilitators deliver professional development for select Keys to Literacy programs through a blended online training model. This approach seamlessly integrates face-to-face facilitation with an online course, allowing facilitators to engage participants in interactive learning experiences. By combining in-person debrief sessions with online resources, facilitators can provide tailored support that meets the diverse needs of educators while enhancing their understanding and application of the Keys to Literacy programs. This model promotes ongoing collaboration and skill development, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for all participants.
How It Works:
- Select Your Focus: Begin by choosing a focus area for literacy professional development from our suite of available topics.
- Complete the Online Course: Before the first day of training, finish the asynchronous online course related to your selected topic.
- Attend Certified Facilitator Training: Participate in live training sessions, either virtually or onsite. This training includes foundational instruction, as well as tools and resources to support your implementation efforts.
- Get Certified: Once you’ve completed all necessary prerequisites, you’ll receive your certification, allowing you to lead ongoing live sessions—both in-person and virtual—for your enrolled educators.
KTL Certified Facilitators are dedicated to providing professional development exclusively for their sponsoring organization and are not authorized to seek outside clients.
