Year One: Building Audit & Leadership Coaching

- Targeted Coaching Visits:
- Seven 2-day coaching sessions throughout the year
- Each session includes a review of measurable outcomes, an Instructional Focus, a Next Steps Report, and a focused Action Plan, all based on current data
- Built-In Accountability: Every visit begins by assessing the implementation of previous action steps, ensuring consistent follow-through.
- Strategic Alignment: Helps create a unified vision among school leaders, coaches, and faculty.

Years Two Through Five: Sustained Impact Through Leadership Coaching
