All live classes will run from 8:30am EDT to 3:30pm EDT (allowing 45 minutes for lunch and two 15 minute breaks). Attendance is mandatory during the live Zoom sessions. Please look at all dates and be sure you can attend ALL SEVEN MEETINGS before selecting a cohort.
