What will happen after you register:
Shortly after you click “Submit” on your registration, you will receive an email from JotForm with a copy of your registration. Once your registration has been submitted, your eligibility will need to be verified by the IDOE before you are enrolled in the program. This may take 1-2 business days, depending on the volume of registrations.
Once the IDOE has verified your eligibility, on the following Monday, you will be enrolled in the coursework options you selected. We enroll newly eligible participants weekly on Mondays.
After you are enrolled, you will receive an email asking you to set your password for your new K12 Connect account. You will also receive separate email notifications regarding each of the components you have registered for.
For those who are completing Component II
You will receive a welcome letter with your live session cohort information and Zoom link during the week you receive your online course account information. Please be aware that you will not have access to the online portion of the HQCM course until after you complete the 3-hour live session. Once you have completed the 3-hour live session, your HQCM course will be added to the following Monday cadence cycle.
