Bethel Ostrow, a Trainer with Keys to Literacy and Literacy Coach at Herschel Jones Middle School in Paulding County, Georgia, has over 13 years of experience in education, dedicated to advancing literacy and student achievement. She began as a Title 1 and EIP support teacher, and then inclusion general education classroom educator, earning Teacher of the Year in 2018. After transitioning to Literacy Coach, Bethel improved student outcomes in ELA through data-driven strategies and targeted interventions. Bethel earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education in 2010 and a Master of Elementary Childhood Education in 2021 from Kennesaw State University, Georgia. She holds a Reading Endorsement K-12 and an Online Teaching Endorsement. Outside education, Bethel and her husband Cliff love to go on cruises, relax on a beach, and spend time with their grown children.
