Claudia De Anda, M.Ed.

Trainer

Claudia is a Trainer at Keys to Literacy and has been an educator for over 25 years. She has held various roles in education, including special education teacher, dyslexia specialist, middle school language arts teacher, and AVID Campus Coordinator. After many successful years working with students, she transitioned to serving teachers and administrators as an Instructional Coach and Reading Specialist. This move allowed her to serve the entire community of El Paso and collaborate closely with the Texas Education Agency as the state’s dyslexia point of contact for her region, as well as support many educational initiatives focused on the Science of Reading. In Fall 2022, she became an adjunct professor for New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, where she teaches early literacy courses. Claudia is excited to join the Keys to Literacy team and looks forward to continuing to serve teachers and administrators in K-12 literacy practices.
