With over two decades of experience in education, Mary has dedicated herself to fostering a love for learning and encouraging literacy initiatives and is a Trainer at Keys to Literacy. As a Literacy Coach, Mary empowered educators with the latest in literacy instruction, fostering growth in both knowledge and practice. Previously, as an Administrative Intern and Teacher in Charge, she honed her skills in leadership and curriculum adaptation to meet the needs of diverse learners. Beyond the classroom, she founded a small nonprofit, channeling her passion for community support into tangible aid for local schools and families. For the majority of her career, Mary has taught in elementary schools in Michigan. From instructing at a college level to tutoring students nationwide, Mary’s commitment to education extends far and wide. As she continues to innovate and inspire, she strives to create a brighter future, one student at a time. She holds her M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education and B.S. in Elementary Education from Oakland University.
