Shelby is Keys to Literacy’s Administrative Coordinator of the Relationship Management Department and is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She has over 10 years of customer service experience and has been with Keys since 2022. Shelby oversees many of Keys to Literacy’s day-to-day operations, including direct communication with clients and Keys staff, and coordinating the Keys Professional Development calendar. She has many educator friends and keeps in touch with a few of her own teachers!
