
Shelby is one of Keys to Literacy’s Administrative Assistants. She spent 9 years working in customer service, the last two as a Lead Receptionist at a nursing home. Shelby oversees many of Keys to Literacy’s day to day aspects, including direct communication with clients and Keys to Literacy staff, and keeping track of the training calendar. While she does not have a background in education, she has many friends who are educators and still keeps in touch with a few of her own teachers!
