Shelby is one of Keys to Literacy’s Administrative Assistants. She previously spent nine years working in customer service, with the last two as a Lead Receptionist at a nursing home. Shelby oversees many of Keys to Literacy’s day-to-day operations, including direct communication with clients and Keys to Literacy staff, and keeping track of the training calendar. She has many educator friends and keeps in touch with a few of her own teachers!
