Shelby Barker

Shelby is one of Keys to Literacy’s Administrative Assistants. She spent 9 years working in customer service, the last two as a Lead Receptionist at a nursing home. Shelby oversees many of Keys to Literacy’s day to day aspects, including direct communication with clients and Keys to Literacy staff, shipping books & materials, and keeping track of the training calendar. While she does not have a background in education, she has many friends who are educators and still keeps in touch with a few of her own teachers!
