In addition to being a Trainer/Consultant for Keys to Literacy, Tiffany is also a member of the Product Development Department. Tiffany has been an elementary teacher for six years and a literacy consultant for 10+ years. She was a K-5 classroom teacher, reading specialist, and literacy coach before becoming a State Reading Specialist for the Arizona Department of Education. During that time, she worked with school districts, assisting them with the implementation of effective evidence-based reading instruction and assessment. She has acquired endorsements in leadership, diverse populations, ESL, and reading instruction. Currently, Tiffany trains teachers and consults with school districts nationally. She received her M.Ed. in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University and her B. S. in Early Education and Psychology from the College of New Jersey.
