Tarreka Garnett is an experienced educational consultant, trainer, instructional leader, and literacy specialist with more than 10 years of experience supporting educators and improving student outcomes across diverse learning environments. She has partnered with public, private, and charter schools to provide high-impact professional learning, instructional coaching, model teaching, and implementation support that strengthens classroom instruction and drives student achievement.

Certified in Elementary Education (K–6) with an ESOL endorsement, Tarreka has served as a classroom teacher, RTI Specialist, and Reading Coach in both elementary and secondary settings.
