Melissa currently holds two positions at Keys to Literacy: Office Manager and Accounting Assistant. She has a BSS in Park Management from Unity College and spent 10 years working in the non-profit sector before joining Keys to Literacy in 2012. Melissa oversees many of Keys to Literacy’s day-to-day aspects, including logistical planning with schools and trainers, processing book orders, online course registrations, and invoicing. Her mother and grandmother were both teachers and she is an avid reader.
