Tracey is the Assistant Director of Relationship Management for Keys to Literacy. Tracey spent fourteen years in the classroom as an elementary teacher working in grades 1-3. Tracey was a member of her school’s Building Leadership Team, led small group professional development workshops, served as a mentor teacher, and led her school’s Instructional Support Team. Before teaching, Tracey worked in both marketing communications and account management for various companies. She is passionate about literacy education, enjoys collaborating with her colleagues, and considers herself a lifelong learner. Tracey received her M.Ed. in Elementary Education from Salem State University and her BA in Political Science from Merrimack College. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and cycling.
